Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We ship throughout New Zealand, including rural addresses. Please note that rural deliveries may take additional time. Estimated delivery times:
- Urban areas: 2–5 business days
- Rural areas: 3–7 business days
International Shipping We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times for international orders:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- UK & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where available.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
